Recipe:
5-Ingredient Peanut Butter and Banana Pancakes (Serves 2)

1 Banana, sliced

2 Tablespoons PB2 (powdered de-fatted peanut butter)
8 Egg whites
1 Cup of oats
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract (not imitation)

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Pour batter in 1/4 cup increments onto a very hot pan over high heat. Once the edges become cakey, flip the pancake over to cook on the other side.
