Moving into day seven of my February "Mile for a Like" Challenge (I'll be doing 212 miles total this month!), I'm exactly one week into my challenge--- with three more weeks to go! I've been systematically knocking off the miles, and today is no different. I crushed another 18 miles today (on the treadmill at the gym since I ended up doing an evening run instead), and I'm still feeling great! Absolutely zero pain in my right hip, so I'm happy with my physical therapy results. Can't wait to see how many miles I knock out during tomorrow's run!
